Returns Policy
If you do not believe that our products are an invaluable resource to assist you with your studies, the Australian College of Financial Advisers will provide you with a 50% refund. The following refund terms and conditions apply:
1. A claim must be made within 14 days of purchase by email to info@facollege.com.au.
2. To assist us to improve our products you must provide the Australian College of Financial Advisers with detailed constructive criticism, of what is wrong with the study notes, mind maps or model exam and what needs to be done to improve the documents.
3. Before the Australian College of Financial Advisers will provide you with a 50% refund, you must return the documents that you have identified issues with at your own cost.
4. The Australian College of Financial Advisers is unable to accept responsibility for any documents that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit to the Australian College of Financial Advisers for a Satisfaction Guarantee claim. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. The Australian College of Financial Advisers reserves the right to reject any refund claim which falls outside these terms and conditions or if the Australian College of Financial Advisers has any cause to believe a refund is claimed otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
